Very true, and I would argue that memorization is not always the same as learning.

@samkhan829 exactly, same for me.  @Poetrypoem86 repetition increases memorization.

I have started skipping around on the tasks under my practice plan and have had better success with less repeats - and also passed the section faster (early) for some reason.
