Evan-   Yes same problem.  Still can not assign assignments.  It acts like I am the learner.  Same issue that everyone else is reporting.  Please fix   thanks!

I have the same problem.  I cant assign assignments.  I have everything checked in settings.  Its treated me as I am the student. Please help
