Unable to sign in on the app

Ditto this - might've joined a long time ago but just reconnecting with the website platform and trying the app now. But can't sign in. Tried resetting the password, reinstalling the app, clearing the cache. Haven't tried the Google sign in but concerned I'll just be restarting an account.
