Partial Credit in Scoring Feature

As a student completes lets say 4 problems if they get one wrong the first time they are down to a 75 as a score, however many of the times they are able to identify their error and correct it before asking for a help/ using the hint button. 

When I look at the scores as the teacher, I wish I could see if they requested a hint or if they were able to get the problem correct on their own at the second attempt. Possibly half credit for questions they were able to answer the second time, and no credit when they click give me a hint.
