Is it possible to reset the streak counter?

Unfortunately, we cannot restore streaks, and our system does not allow exceptions. I understand this may not be the answer you were looking for, but I hope your son continues making great progress.

Fernando, well technically it should be feasible to implement some kind of “suspend account” function freezing any stats but also preventing login and earning EPs. I do not see any need for that, though, since with good timing you can have ca. 13 days of rest.

Anur, I think it is an important learning experience that these are just worthless “internet points”. I hope you had a great vacation.
