My brothers account was suddenly gone!

Hello Khan Academy Support,

My brothers account no longer has public access to Projects or Discussions.
He can see his own projects when logged in, but other users (tested by me) cannot view them, and the Discussions tab is 0 T&T's or comments or questions but he did post loads before.

This started a few days ago. He is not under 13 and he is not currently in a class.
He did edit a project after the visibility issue began, before realizing it might reset a restriction timer. He has since stopped all edits and public activity.

Could you please confirm:
• Whether his account is under a temporary visibility restriction
• Whether there is an auto-restore timeframe
• If any action is needed from him to restore public visibility
