Student Can't Log In
My student has issues logging. She had no trouble until this week. She did not change her email nor her password.

This sounds like it may be an issue on the back end. Try opening a ticket with the Help Center(https://khanacademy.zendesk.com/)

Is she getting any error messages when trying to log in, or just an incorrect username/password message?
If it's the latter, I would have her try resetting the password on her account. If she is older than 13 and has an email attached to her account, she can reset her password from this page.
Otherwise, you'll need to submit a support ticket so we can contact you privately about the issue and help her regain access to the account.
