I have only one student who is not able to sign in. Please help!!
She goes to sign in with Google and it asks foe a password, she doesn't know it. so when she requested a reset of a password, these is not email sent from Khan to her email address. she tried to send a message to support but no response. So I am trying to help her figure out a way to join my class.

If she is using the Google sign-in option, then she will need to enter the password for her Google account when she signs in. If she doesn't know this password, she will need to request a password reset for her Google account, not her Khan Academy account.
If she is still unable to sign in, please have her submit a support ticket so we can help her regain access to her account.
