Yes. They will need to create a Spin Off of a Challenge in order for you see it.  They will not be able to create a Spin Off until the Challenge is completed.

Be sure to check the "Based On" field, below the coding frame to confirm that it is a Spin Off of the Challenge and not a Spin Off of someone else's work.
