Co Teach

I don't currently see a way to co teach, I want to add my assistant teachers so that I can monitor the whole school and add the teachers as co teachers, when they create their course i need to get their username and password to be able to login and check their class progress. Its so hard during this pandemic to do this without the co teacher feature.
