I'm homeschooling for the first time this year. It was a choice made for safety's sake- I am not cut out to be a teacher. We chose Khan Academy for our 4th grader's math curriculum, and I see that Khan Academy recommends that the child completes 3 skills per week. I have no idea how to check on that. The parent dashboard makes no sense to me. What constitutes as a "skill?" How do they complete a skill? How do I know he completed a skill? Is it the quizzes? Does it mean he should take 3 quizzes per week? How can I see my child's real progress- where he's struggling, how far along in the course he is, etc. Can I set goals as a parent? Every answer I think I find only applies to teacher accounts. I am very concerned he is going to fall behind in math. Please help!
