If your teacher account is the same as your normal account, then you should be able to access your Teacher Dashboard by clicking your name in the top right and then selecting Teacher Dashboard from the drop down, as explained in this article. It can also be accessed from this link: https://www.khanacademy.org/coach/dashboard

If you have a separate student and teacher account, then you should be able to log into either by using your email used to create the account or username, and your password. Feel free to use the blue Forgot Password button if you can't remember your password. 

If you're still unable to log into your account after that, please submit a support request so the support team can take a closer look at the problem.
