Above is a diagram of the compound you described. Note that the longest chain here is the 10 carbon atom chain, and the compound only has single bonds so it will be a decane. 

With that to start you off, can you try naming the functional groups? If you need help with that, go ahead and ask and I'll try to guide you through that.
