Doing Practice Question At Each Difficulty Level

Hello I just completed the deduction and inference basic practice questions. I noticed afterwards that for each of the practice question sets you can choose to complete basic, medium and advanced questions. I was wondering if there was anyway I can now do medium and advanced deduction and inference questions?
