Viewing student work in Intro to JS: Drawing & Animation

I first started using this curriculum during Covid and then left it when we came back in person.  I am taking a second crack at it this Spring and like the content overall but can't seem to find an easy way to actually see my students work.  I wonder if I'm missing something? 

From the Teacher Dashboard, when I go into the link for my 19 students,  I can't see any information in the Activity Overview or Mastery Goals. Those tabs are all blank. I'm guessing this class doesn't have this feature available.

Under Assignments / Manage I can see that 12/19 students completed the project, and I can get a list of who they are and when they supposedly completed it, but I can't actually see their work there.

Under Projects, I see thumbnails of student work but I can't sort it in any way. It also seems to show me only spin-offs?  Maybe there are a few others in there but I'm not sure.  I should see a lot more there than I have. I found one other area to check and that's under the students profile but even there some students show up as not having any projects when I know they worked on them. I've resorted to asking students to screenshot their work and pass it into me through our LMS.  

Basically, I stopped using this curriculum 4 years ago because it was hard to see the students work in progress.  I had hoped for something to have been added to help this.

It's possible I have a harder time seeing student work because they are under 13.  Is that possible?

If I'm missing something, please let me know where else to look.  If I'm not, please make this better!
