I would like to augment this as well. I am also an engineering student and would like to see more in-depth and detailed content on engineering subjects. Currently, I am mostly in need of Heat Transfer in a greater detail than what is already available on the site (lumped capacitance, heat generation in a body, Transient conduction/convection analysis,...). Showing how to work through problems related to these subjects and perhaps the derivations of these concepts would be helpful. I recognize these are relatively advanced and exclusive to a particular field but I imagine that is what limits the availability of resources.
