Do AP Courses cover all material necessary to pass the exam?

I am trying to learn AP Physics 1 from Khan Academy so I can take the exam in May. However, there are only 105 videos that average from 5-20 minutes long. I fear that this might not be enough material, or it might not be enough to cover the exam. I am not sure if this course is built more as a review than a course. If I completely complete this course, will it prepare me well for the test, even though I have almost no background knowledge of physics besides for math?
