grading

I am new to homeschooling and we are using KA for Geometry, AP US History and Music Appreciation. Please be kind as you reply. This is all new to us and we pulled our child out of school last year, starting 9th as a homeschooler. Aside from KA we use Acellus and love that. But KA is overwhelming because I can't figure out the grades. Acellus has grades and makes it easier to track progress. Can someone please help me with how to know grades for these courses?
