Hello Morgan! My name is Lisa Krueger and I am a Khan Academy Ambassador teaching in Chicago. The program is designed so that you should not need a live teacher. If you are presented with a problem you do not understand start with watching the video. If a video is not provided use the search feature to find a video. Then as was suggested use the hints to provide help on any given problem. The idea of the program is to help users to learn what they want to learn and hopefully fill in any gaps in their learning.
