I try to be as helpful as possible, but sometimes I have a few questions too! I'm in 9th grade, love math, and do coding whenever I'm not doing math! I can help with about 11 grade math stuff and below, decently advanced HTML and CSS, and 10th grade everything else. I'm bilingual as well. Hope you enjoy your time on the site. :)

About 13 hours on average. It really depends how thoroughly you do the course though. If it's just a review, maybe 10 hours. If you're teaching it to a class, 16 hours or so seems about right.
