Can Teachers See Scores on Student's Practice Tests?

I understand we can't assign the full length practice exam, but if a student does one (either online or on paper and then scans their results), does the teacher see those results? Thanks!

But her question is a question I have as well. I have set up an SAT Prep class and I would like to assign the full-length practice test midway through the class. That isn't possible, correct?
