How can we help?

    Apply the double-angle identity for sine: sin(theta)cos(theta) = (1/2) * 2sin(theta)cos(theta) = (1/2)sin(2theta). So, sin(theta)cos(theta) is indeed equal to (1/2)sin(2theta).
