When clicking the expand button for a video in the android app, the video becomes larger, but there is still a visible and annoying menu bar on the bottom.
One would expect the video to play in fullscreen mode. That would mean hiding the khan academy menu bar, and entering fullscreen mode of android so that the android navigation bar is hidden. That is how it works in most apps.

When you watch a video in fullscreen, the progress bar will be visible for a few seconds before it fades out. If this is not happening for you, you can tap the screen once again and this will hide the layout and will leave you only with the video.

I'm not talking about the progress bar. That hides automatically after a few seconds.
I'm talking about the white bar with the "home", "explore" and "bookmarks" buttons. On my tablet, this bar, and the android navigation bar below it (with the 3 grey lines) are never hidden. They stay there when playing the video.
To be clear this is an issue with the tablet UI. It works in the same version of the app on my phone, because the app is programmed to display the UI differently on tablets and phones.
This is a bug, however I could not find a more direct way of reporting this bug than on this forum. However, I'm happy to help with further debugging.
