Don’t even know where to start

I need to take the Praxis. For reference, it’s been over a decade since I was in school, and when I was, on my ACT my English and reading scores were in the 30s, while my math was a 14. I’ve tried to take the practice test but I don’t know how to do a single question. 🥲 I’m so bad at math. I don’t get it. Like what’s a quadratic equation? I don’t know. Oh, it’s an equation with at least one variable to the second power as its highest power term and one or more constants? Okay. What’s a variable. What’s a second power. What’s a power term. What’s a constant. What are squares and square roots. square is a specific exponent. What’s an exponent? The expression is an exponential expression with base and exponent. What’s a base? WHATS AN EXPONENT. Square root of a positive number x written as ✔️x. I don’t even know what that not-division-line-thingy is called in order to say what is that. What are perfect squares? Oh they’re integers whose square roots are also integers. WHAT ARE INTEGERS. WHAT ARE RADICAL EXPRESSIONS. WHAF ARE INVERSE OPERATIONS. WHAT ARE IMAGINARY NUMBERS AND VALUES AND!!!!!! WHAT ARE NUMBERS WHAT IS MATH *deep breath*. Anyway. Where do I even start when I have no idea how to even do the basics?? TIA
