Connecting child account

Hi,

I have tried to connect my child's existing account to my parent account. His account is linked with my email and I've tried to send an invite to the email without success multiple times. when I log back into his account, I can confirm that it is the same email (mine) linked with his account, but the "invite" doesn't seem to go through.
