Can’t access backspace on keypad

Hi! I’m using the mobile app on an IPhone, snd when answering questions on the keypad, I can’t seem to both scroll over and click on the backspace/delete button. It’s very frustrating- I can slide over and see that the key is there, but if I let go the screen, the object of my desire goes sliding back out of reach. Usually, an issue like this might be resolved by switching to landscape view, but I don’t think that’s an option with Khan. Has anyone dealt with this…or have a solution? Fingers crossed, S

That's odd, mine works fine. Have you tried updating it? Reinstalling might also work, or even turning your phone all the way off (by that I mean where you hold the side buttons until you see the power button and slide it). I haven't got any real solutions, sadly, and I think you can only use landscape on a tablet. If nothing else, try using one hand to slide it and the other to click the button and see if that does anything?

My student is having this same problem. There is no way to backspace. She's getting marked wrong on problems because she can't fix her answer because the backspace button is not accessible.
