Update: Settings adjustment for badge profile widgets

As part of our project to migrate Khan Academy to a new coding language, we’ve made a small change to the Showcase and Badge Counts widget settings. Previously you could control the visibility of the widgets (to make them visible to everyone, or just you and your coaches) directly on your Profile page:

After this update you will still be able to do this, but now from your Settings page, in the “Public profile information” section. The Showcase and Badge Counts widgets will also now share the same visibility settings.

This change helps speed up the migration project by simplifying our code, and will make updating this part of the site in the future easier. Let us know if you have any questions!
