There is no incentive to correct your mistakes. Instead, it actually makes more sense to skip through the rest of the problems once you make a mistake, so you can restart the problem set. This feels horrible and shouldn't be encouraged by the website.
If you make a mistake and then correct your answer without looking at the hints, then the answer should count as correct.
I agree with Niklas, but disagree with G. Tarun. First off, I've tried a test many times, but ended up ditching the skill altogether because neither the video or the quiz can help me (or motivate me). And now I can't even ask for help for comments have been disabled?
On the other talon, there is a 350-master a skill gap between the last skill badge and a black hole badge. More badges wouldn't really feel motivating, for a lot of users decide not to showcase them, and some even can't!
Plus, more badges about this stuff would mean more categories. Badges are just simple pins- not to mention that few people ever look at the badges on your account, while even fewer look at all of them!
Instead, they should do what you suggested, Niklas, and maybe even add special avatars as well if you do this enough!
I definitely hope this catches the attention of the KA team!
