Group students by mastery level in Class Skills Report

Hi Khan Academy! In Class Skills Report, I can see students by skill level—who's Attempted, who's Familiar, who's Proficient, who's Mastered, who's Not Started. But I'd love to also be able to filter by each skill level, and see only all the students who are, say, Mastered.

I'd also love to be able to assign that skill to all students in one or more skill groups. So I could, for instance, assign a skill to the Familiar, Proficient, and Attempted folks but not the Mastered students. I hope this makes sense, and I'd love to see this added to Skills Report.
