Would rather see video content than early-2000s-gamification-style "energy points" banner blocking it
Anyone know how to turn off the "energy points" banner that occludes video content? My mouse is always hovering over the video to play/pause, change playback speed, and zoom in on content on my small screen, so the points banner is frequently there and incredibly distracting, since it often covers parts of equations the video narrator is writing down.
It's annoying enough for me to start telling people to stop using Khan Academy and just go straight to a couple good youtube channels for STEM content. Aside from directly interfering with watching videos, it's pretty patronizing, and seems based on an approach to user engagement that was already on its way out years ago.
