Hi there!
I looked into what you described and can see that the course "Computers and the Internet" is not available to be added to a class at this moment. However, the content can still be assigned manually without the need for the course to be added in the Class subject line following the steps in the article Creating assignments directly from the content page.
I have let the team know about your request to add these courses to the classes' course picker so you can select them as the other courses in it.
If there's anything else I can do for you, please let me know!
Warm regards,

I tried to follow the directions in "Creating Assignments Directly from the content page" But there is no 'Assign' button when I look at the materials directly. Khan assumes when I am there that I am trying to study it myself. This does not help. Please, if you can, get this course added to the course picker soon. I want my student to study it and for me to be able to track his progress as normal. Thank you!

This still does not work. I'd love to assign from Computers and the Internet. Please make this an option.

Larry, you may have figured this out already, but I found a workaround. If you are signed in as parent/teacher and then you open the video or practice or quiz as if YOU are going to do it activity, there will be an "assign" button in the top right corner (at least on my browser) that you can click to assign that item. It's tedious, but it works.
