Can we have a filter that displays topics we've completed and topics based on our skill level?

I'm tired of looking for different topics and always finding the same one.

My idea is that the search has a filter that has a button that displays all of the topics we've completed, and also include our skill level. (not started, attempted, familiar, proficient and mastered.)
