Khan Academy Should Have A Way for Users to "Unflag" and "Unvote" a program.
Recently, I saw a program at the top of the hotlist that looked familiar. When I clicked on it, I saw the program was created by a different username than the original. I flagged it for plagiarism. I couple of minutes later, as I was looking at the "plagiarizer's" profile, I noticed that they had mentioned to someone that this was an alternate account of the original creator.
I felt bad for flagging a perfectly good program by accident. But there was no way of unflagging it.
This has happened to me a couple of different times in varying scenarios.
I've also had this problem with voting up programs. A few times I've voted up a program and then realized that it was plagiarized. The Khan Academy Extension allows someone to unvote a program, but not everyone has the extension.
Adding a way to unflag a program would be very beneficial. It can save guardians time by not having to deal with programs that were accidentally flagged. An unvote button would help keep high-quality programs at the top of the hotlist instead of plagiarized programs that were accidentally upvoted.
I understand most requests for new features usually aren't implemented, but I just wanted to give some feedback on a problem I've noticed. :)
