Yes, it seems to be a bug that there's not a resume button there. For example, if I click into a section of the 1st grade course that I've already completed (100% mastered, all videos completed, etc.) and watch at least a second of a video, the resume button will then appear for that section.
I did notice that the resume button may not appear when you first add the course to your My Courses list. However, as soon as you start any content within the course, the resume button should appear for that section.
If you're consistently having issues with the Resume button not appearing, I suggest submitting a support ticket so that we can further investigate the issue.

Hi Bement,The Learner Homepage shows the "Resume" button based on which section you were last working in so that you can easily pick up from where you left off previously, which might not necessarily be the first unmastered section. In other words, the placement of the "Resume" button is not based off your mastery progress, but rather what section you last had activity in.If you've completed the course, the "Resume" button will still show for the last section that you worked in, even though you've fully mastered the entire course. If you're ready to move on to another course, I suggest editing your home page to remove the 2nd grade course from your course list. You can also then add the next course to your dashboard.I hope this helps! Please let me know if there's anything else I can do for you!
