Random practice questions

Is there a way I can turn off the feature for my students.  I thought I had chosen the non-random assignments for all of my students which makes small tutor/student groups easier to execute.  However, the students and tutors were all receiving different questions on the same assignment.  These are digital SAT classes for math and for reading as context.
