Hi,
New PJS projects can be created from this link: https://www.khanacademy.org/computer-programming/new/pjs
There is also a button to create a new PJS project underneath every Khan Academy PJS program (next to the Vote Up and Share buttons) and at the bottom of the Computer Programming course.
