Physics curriculums are incomplete and inconsistent
Khan is great; however the physics classes appear to be a work in progress and should be marked as such. For those attempting to construct a functional curriculum, here are some of the issues I have run into so far (prior to Newton's laws) and what I have pieced together. These curriculums need major attention; the content has been created but Khan hasn't included it appropriately.
- AP College Physics 1 kinematics section lacks one-dimensional and two-dimensional motion (motion/projectile motion on a plane) lectures and problems. These can be found in the Class 11 Physics (India) curriculum.
- AP College Physics 1 kinematics section and Physics Library are both missing relative velocity in 1d and 2d. These can be found in the Class 11 Physics (India) curriculum, though no practice problems are available.
- AP College Physics 1 kinematics section is missing acceleration and kinematic formulas, projectile motion, Two-dimensional projectile motion, and optimal angle for a projectile, all found in Physics Library.
