An issue that is happening

If the post doesn't appear to be posted, (i.e. the text editor remains visible and the "Post" button is still clickable), you may need to Click the "Post" button a few more times to get it to save. This is an issue caused with posts that contain links or that are otherwise deemed "unsafe" by our filters, but clicking the "Post" button another time should force it to save.

Additionally, please note that once the post has been posted, it will not be visible right away if the post content contains external links. All posts with external links are automatically hidden by default, until we manually approve them. We generally get to these posts in ~24 hours, so rest assured that they'll become visible once we've verified that the links follow our guidelines.

I am also facing same issue when I try to post something to ask about subject & click on post button it's not working, kindly resolve this issue & give me proper solution.
