Hello everyone.
On my Khan Academy dashboard, the notification circle pops up, but when I go to the notification, none show except those from three days ago. The circle keeps popping up every once in a while.
Also, I have been a member of Khan Academy for two years, yet I have still not received the Redwood badge.
I would appreciate if someone could help.

The issue with the notifications indicator is likely being caused by deleted comments, or from old missed notifications.
If a user comments on one of your posts, for example, and then they delete the comment (or it's deleted by our staff), the notification icon will still appear but the notification will be removed. Additionally, a notification is not marked as read until you have clicked on it, so if you just scroll through the notifications without clicking on all of them, the notification badge may still appear. Our team is aware of both of these issues, but I'm afraid I don't have a timeline as to when they might be addressed.
As far as the Redwood badge goes, this is due to your account not being old enough to meet the badge requirements. I'm seeing that your account was created on 04/07/2020, so you won't meet the badge requirements until 04/07/2022. The "Date joined" statistic on your profile page rounds up to the nearest year once you've surpassed a certain threshold, so even though it says 2 years, your account wasn't actually created more than 2 years ago.
