SAT Prep UI idea: A place to keep comments and thoughts with questions, so that it can be reviewed later

I think if there's a additional text space per questions, where comments about each question can be put, I really think it would be helpful for later review and revision process.

For instance there's a passage of a detective, the question asks 

What can be thought about the job of the man?
--- It's not as exciting as it looks
--- He pretends to be a detective

Now if there's a commenting place, I can put my thoughts about the questions, that can later be referred.
