I keep getting false notifications

Can you please try following the troubleshooting steps below?

• Does clearing the cookies and cache help?

• Try disabling any browser extensions (such as adblockers or parental controls) that could be causing the page to not load correctly.

• Have you tried using a different browser? 

• Does the error still happen when you access the site on an incognito or private window?

I'm really sorry for replying so late (I completely forgot to tell you) but yeah, clearing the cookies and cache worked, so thank you very much for the suggestion!

I' m having this problem again, and this time, clearing the cookies and cache didn't work. They usually pop up when I'm watching math videos. I don't have any browser extensions, and I am using a different browser than last time.

Robin, that's exactly what happens to me, these days! Sometimes a blue dot appears, but when I click it, it pulls up my previous notifications! It's annoying for me as well, you're not the only one. Oh yes, forgot to mention, it pops up when I'm watching videos.
