What should I start learning to become a software developer?

For software dev, I think HTML would be the best starter (finish the Intro to HTML/CSS) and then do the HTML/CSS/JS one. 

Hi, if you are looking for a place to start with programming languages but aren't sure where, please check out this website a few friends and I put together for people like you!

We know from experience that there is no shortage of excellent resources for learning programming languages online, such as Khan Academy. But sometimes learning which language is right for you to learn can be tough. So we made a website that helps you decipher which programming language is best for you to learn using various features. You will be able to take a survey that asks you about your previous technical experience, interests, as well as other factors, and then be recommended a programming language. Our website also offers quality information on various programming languages and when you should consider picking them up, and beginner tutorials for them too to see if you like the language. If you decide you do, it also provides external links to downloading and learning the language in more depth.
