Student gets kicked off when it says move onward

My student tries to click on an assignment, but when he does it says "click onward". Once he clicks, he gets logged out. Not sure what he is doing? Any advice to help would be appreciated.

Could you please submit a support ticket on your student's behalf? This will allow the support team to be able to investigate what is going on.
