At the moment, learners can only view their individual skill progress within each individual unit; Khan Academy currently doesn't have a total skill counter.

I have some great news to share with you!
Based on feedback that you and other learners shared with our team, Khan Academy has recently redesigned the Course and Unit Mastery pages and introduced an overview of the skills in a single course so you can tell in a glimpse what skills you’ve mastered and those that still need to be completed!
