Hi Kayla, the "date joined ago" statistic rounds up to the nearest year. For example, you may have only joined 7 months ago, but the timer rounds up to 1 year, hence why you don't actually have the badge. My profile says "3 years ago", but I don't have the badge for that. The only way to really know is to see when you last earned your last loyalty badge.
