Calculating angles

Imagine the traditional 12-hour analog clock, where 12 is at the top and 6 is at the bottom of a circle. Thinking of degrees in reference to a compass where 12 is North or 0 degrees.

When I stand at 6 and look at 3, the angle is 45 degrees.

When I stand at 6 and look at 9, the angle is 315 degrees. 

NOTE: I am NOT thinking of the center of the clock face as the center of the compass! 

When I stand at 6 and look at 2, what is the angle?
