LSAT Practice Test

I have a planned practice schedule and dates to take practice tests. Everything was working just fine several days ago, but I was supposed to take a practice test yesterday. For some reason, I can't take it - there's no option to. Also, the practice in between tests has disappeared and I can only do "extra practice," which is pretty much the same thing, but the questions are all "basic" difficulty level instead of advanced like they were before. I have tried logging out, refreshing, and using a different browser. Please help!
