It looks like you are using the Opera browser. If you recently updated Opera, the new version blocks sidebar extensions that use an iframe.
It also looks like you have the Chrome browser installed. Are you able to view this content with Chrome?
I mostly use the Opera browser (version 76.0.4017.154) for Khan Academy,
on the business' pc, Chrome is installed. It gives the following error:
If the mouse is over the grey rectangle, it gives the error "www.khanacademy heeft de verbinding geweigerd", meaning "www.khanacademy has refused the connection".
BTW, thanks for reacting!
It looks to be an issue with how the resource is being fetched. You are accessing the article from khanacademy.org with an en. prefixed in the URL. The served-up resource expects the domain khanacademy.org without the en. prefix, so perhaps try removing 'en.' from your current URL and hitting enter - this should alleviate the sameorigin error that you are experiencing.
Hi Ginneken,
Could you please report this problem via a support ticket so that we can further investigate it?
Thanks!
The problem seems to be resolved (as far as I'm using Pale Moon or Opera browser).
It looks like the "en." prefix was the problem.
Thank to Shane McGookey for figuring out the solution
and Evan Lewis / Carol for adjusting it in the website!
