Customer Service /I.T 800# Please
Hello,
I wanted to speak with someone to help me navigate through Khan Academy. I don't think my setup is correct. My students say they submitted, but I don't see it!

You may want to open a ticket with the Help Center (https://khanacademy.zendesk.com/).
Why would I open a ticket when I want someone to walk me through to see if I did right? You don't have very many selections. And I don't even know how or where to open a ticket. I just wanted to speak with someone. Good grief!
As far as I know, Khan Academy does not offer that kind of service. Have you tried this page:

About two-thirds of the way down is a link to join the Teacher Community on Facebook and another to a set of training videos.
You can use that first link that I sent you to open a ticket. I don't know what they can do for you, but I do know that a ticket is usually the fastest way to get help.

Unfortunately we do not currently offer a phone-based support service. We're a nonprofit organization with a very small team, so a call-center for support is currently beyond our capacity.

Submitting a support ticket allows us to take a look at your account and view your classes. We'd be more than happy to take a look at your classes to make sure that you have everything set up correctly!
Additionally, I encourage you to work through our short Khan for Educators course. This course contains many instructional videos that walk you through getting started using the site and the classroom tools. Our Teacher Welcome Guide is another great resource that explains how to start using the site.
