Thank you for reaching out! Although we are still unable to schedule assignments in advance so they appear later on for the students, you can still save your assignments so you can assign them when the time is right. If you save an assignment, it will show up on the Saved tab. You can post your saved assignments at any time.

To assign something you have saved, click the Assign button next to the assignment. You can also select the saved assignment and choose Edit in the Action menu, make any changes you would like to the due date or group of students who will receive the assignment, and then click Assign, just like you would with a new one.

So, I do this.

I listed myself as my own teacher. This is essential to be able to do this.

When I create a class, I only add myself while I get everything set up. The day or week before I’m ready to have kids start, I add them and take myself out of that class.
